About the role:

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support and delivery strategic initiatives supporting the Global Clinical IT team.
In this role, the individual will be a Scrum Master for at least one Product Team (Clinical Data & Reporting) aligned to a business capability in enabling clinical trials.
This individual should have demonstrated prior experience leading an Agile team and be highly motivated with excellent analysis and execution skills.
In this position, teamwork and networking with business partners and cross-functional IT team members is a necessary skill.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Dedicated resource to guide and coach teams and the organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices in becoming self-organized and self-empowered
  • Support and coach the Product Owner and Product Manager on Agile practices
  • Help teams assess and address their Agile Maturity and higher levels of maturity
  • Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame
  • Ensure clarity of team roles and responsibilities
  • Institute team working agreements to set the standard for team operation
  • Protect team from outside distractions and interruptions
  • Improve transparency within the team
  • Assist in clearing obstacles both internally within the agile-team and with external groups, including integration and deployment teams
  • Facilitates all agile events as requested or needed
  • Responsible for driving sprint velocity
  • Assist Product Owner in effective backlog management
  • Ensure metrics and KPIs are defined followed and communicated
  • Responsible for communication and escalation of issues
  • Leverage standard metrics for continuous improvement

What we re looking for:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5
    years experience working within Information Technology product teams
  • Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business value
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and courage to change how we work
  • Proven aptitude to learn quickly and improve processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile/SCRUM certification preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Experience with Agile tools (JIRA) but would be open to other tools
  • Experience coaching, and coordinating efforts with, multiple teams, Agile coaches and SCRUM masters within a matrixed organization

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
