Sr IT Consultant

The Corporate division encompasses the core operational support for all Land O'Lakes businesses. It includes Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, Land O'Lakes Foundation and Community Relations, Finance, Law, Member Relations, Facilities, Event Strategy, Security, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Marketing and Government Relations.
The position of Senior IT Consultant is a newly created role that will deliver strategic IT consulting services to our ag retail members. In this role, you will collaborate with executive leaders to create strategic plans, develop application & infrastructure roadmaps, lead M&A integration activities, introduce new partners, assist in organization restructuring, coach team members, and champion PMO best practices.

The position of Senior IT Consultant is a newly created role that will deliver strategic IT consulting services to our ag retail members. In this role, you will collaborate with executive leaders to create strategic plans, develop application & infrastructure roadmaps, lead M&A integration activities, introduce new partners, assist in organization restructuring, coach team members, and champion PMO best practices. The ideal candidate is able to balance strategic thinking with lean execution, has a passion helping feed crops, animals and people on our ever-changing plant, and understands how to leverage technology for growth & innovation.
Responsibilities include:
Rapidly learning the agriculture business and industry macro trends Creating strategic plans Building application & infrastructure roadmaps Leading IT M&A integration of $100M businesses Coaching & mentoring others Leading change Staying abreast of industry trends and limitations Communicating effectively & building relationships Defining solutions & architectures to meet business needs Managing 3rd party suppliers Strong financial acumen and ability to create budgets and business plans Creating measurable success criteria and reporting against it Delivering executive briefings Partnering with internal team members to gain alignment and support Business development; growing your portfolio of business. Creating executive presentations
Qualifications
Experience-Education (Required):
Experience (10 years) working as a senior consultant, senior manager or director Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of industry best practices (ITIL, SDLC, etc.). Experience leading people both directly and indirectly Coaching and mentoring Managing through ambiguity
Competencies-Skills (Required):
Strong interpersonal skills including:
Experience presenting to executives in an organization Ability to work on cross-functional teams Ability to lead through influence Financial acumen Attention to details
Experience-Education (Preferred):
Experience with digital marketing, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications. Knowledge in marketing and sales Industry best practices

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
