HR Associate Manager

Themission of this role is to provide leadership and HR functional expertise tocreate and drive the Dr Pepper Snapple Group people strategy as part of Dr Pepper Snapple overall business strategy.
This position will support over 400 employees in ourPackaged Beverage division in the Twin Cities area (Minnesota, North Dakota,South Dakota, and part of Wisconsin); including, South St Paul, St Cloud,Rochester, Mankato, Eau Claire, Superior, Fargo, Aberdeen, and Bismarck.
This position will partner with a team of HRprofessionals to drive strong application of DPS' Human Resource GeneralistCompetencies and to influence leadership and effectively support behavioralchange. They will possess strongorganizational abilities; data mining skills, keen attention to detail; abilityto effectively manage multiple priorities; high levels of executiveconfidenatiality; execute change projects (including those with largescale/scope); strong project management skills. They will be fluent in organizationalconcepts and dynamics of change, specifically understanding how organizationalcapability can deliver business strategy growth agenda
Location and Travel:
This position will be office based in our South Saint Paul,MN facility, with approximately 40% travel. During peaks times, travel may exceed 60% to complete annual benefitsenrollment meetings and other trainings. However, the majority of the branch location travel is close enough for day trips.

Responsibilities:
Partneringwith business leaders, to ensure the business has in place the most effectiveorganization to deliver the business strategy.
Providinganalytics using Excel and SAP by partnering with the compensation, benefits, HRdevelopment, HR business services, coaching & capability and recruitingteams to ensure the business attracts, motivates, and develops.
Implementing and applying HRprocesses, policies and standards in a way that fits the local legislative andcultural environment. Recommending and championing change to policy andprocedures where necessary
Ensuringthe business can attract, motivate, develop and retain great talent througheffective resourcing, training & development, performance management andreward strategies.
Retains great talent througheffective recruiting, training & development, performance management andreward strategies.
Ensuringthe individual and collective relationships between the business and its peopleare healthy, open and collaborative through appropriate communicationstrategies and management behavior.
Independently investigatingemployee issues and bringing the issues to resolution.
ChampioningDPS ACTION behaviors and utilizing them to build a positive business culture.
Actingas a coach and source of advice on performance and development issues -intervening where necessary to improve management and team effectiveness
Implementing initiatives in the areas such as organizationdevelopment, reward, and bench strength management to support all of the above.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
3 years of experience in human resources, and/or operations,and/or sales or 2 years of experience in human resources with a Master's in HRManagement/Development
3 years of experience using MS Office and an ERP (Oracle,SAP, etc.)
1 year of labor relations experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
