Program Strategy, Performance and Measurement
Understand Clinical Engineering and Allina's business environment and strategies.
Develop collaborative partnerships with IS, Compliance and Allina business units.
Perform research, gap analysis, and data collection specific to medical device security and contribute to strategy and roadmap development.
Develop and implement a medical device security strategy and roadmap.
Execute on roadmap while successfully engaging stakeholders.
Work with business analysts to define, design and build reports to meet business needs.
Define and continually improve metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Coordinate and assist with applicable remediation activities where necessary.
Policy Development, Maintenance and Implementation
Define priorities and requirements for the development of document sets according to specific security program framework.
Develop and organize policies, standards, processes, and procedures into the defined documents sets.
Define and implement methods for communicating policies to engage user community, coworkers, and other departments in following procedures and policies to maintain medical device security.
Create and present security awareness content.
Define and document the security awareness program roadmap and metrics.
Project Management and Medical Device Security Consulting.
Perform project management activities including:
developing, organizing, planning, estimating, and scheduling and controlling assigned projects and tasks.
Participate in complex projects that have security implications.
Ensure key decisions and supporting rationale are documented.
Ensure projects meet security-related policy, contractual, and regulatory compliance.
Inform leadership of specific concerns if security and compliance recommendations are not followed.
Develop, evaluate and communicate options to reduce security risks, based on research, regulatory or standards requirements, technical knowledge and business knowledge.
Participate in audits and complete assigned tasks as needed.
