Job Overview:

Provide oversight and direction for the program and manage cross organizational integration projects.
Includes seamless work movement activity, quarterly data integrity audits, development & implementation of enhanced tracking, reporting, and procedures.

Job
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the progress of assigned complex projects/processes within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
  • Creation and tracking of projects; Escalate and track project issues; Document progress and prepare status reports (metrics, summaries, etc).
  • Communication of project critical dates and coordination with external and internal schedules related to the activity and workload;
  • Facilitate working meetings.
  • Coordinate trouble resolution and implement changes to prevent problem recurrence.
  • Accountable for delivering process improvements, providing process management consulting and subject matter expertise to direct the activities of the project team.
  • Identify/Analyze process risks and inefficiencies; actively seeks opportunities to transform the business and eliminate costs through these efforts.
  • Provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to the process.
  • Lead to ensure that the project is high quality, meets the measures of success.
  • Participate in Duty Rotation for Operations.

Minimum
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Completion of formal externally recognized project certification requirements (e.
    g.
    PMI, PMP) or a minimum of 5 years of significant project management experience.
  • 5
    years of related experience.
  • Outstanding and proven program/project management skills;
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
  • Ability to communicate project needs to internal and external teams/vendors.
  • Must have experience in establishing timelines, detailed reports and executive summaries
  • Ability to manage open project to completion, and to provide status and escalation throughout the project process.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, calculate formulas, link worksheets and knows keystroke shortcuts), with demonstrated skill in data gathering and analysis.
  • Utilize a consultative approach and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external; Conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables.
  • Self Starter with experience working in a fast-paced work environment is a must.
  • Strong ability to provide leadership/mentoring to other team members.
  • Knowledge of telecom industry.
  • Strong customer skills and interpersonal communication
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Preferred
Qualifications:

  • Familiarity and experience with ordering, provisioning, and repair systems (eFlow, Orion, SDP, VQT, Casper, PROD, LIMS, OMWF, NTM Remedy).
  • Knowledge of various service types and processes.
