Job Description: Lift Solutions is Hiring Service Technicians Rowley, MA Cleveland, OHService Technician Benefits: $30 - $40 per hour based on technician experienceMedical, vision, and dental insurance401K with company matchLife insurance (100% paid by employer)Paid holidaysPaid time off is available on the date of hireService Technician company vehicle providedTechnician uniforms providedConsistent 40 - 50-hour technician work weekDouble time is paid on Saturdays and SundaysService Technician Mentoring ProgramService Technician Training Program Service Technician Requirements: At least 3 years of troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment is requiredExperience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuitsPrevious overhead crane and scissor lift experience is requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record, background checks, and drug screen Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Service overhead crane systems and hoists by performing quality installations.Perform OSHA equivalent inspections, documenting and completing warranty work, and troubleshooting breakdowns.Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service/breakdown calls.Support customers by effectively interfacing with customers and the office in repairing equipment as needed.Perform electrical and /or mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklists.Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.Develop a working knowledge of Federal, State, and local codes for overhead cranes and hoists.Responsible for company equipment, including company vehicle(s), tools, etc. About Lift Solutions Inc Founded in 2021, Lift Solutions provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions.
