Job Description: To provide the full range of procurement related support services to coordinate and guie contracting activities for the Division of Energy Resources. This position will also coordinate and provide technical assistance to staff and the public in applying for funding.
Daily travel will be required up to 5% of the time.

Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field and one year of professional-level grant administration or closely related field work experience
OR
Three years of professional-level grant administration or closely-related work experience;
Proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office programs, including: Word, PowerPoint, Xcel, and Access.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and project management experience.
Ability to present ideas and opinions in a clear and precise manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze guidelines statutes, contract agreements, amendments, and work programs.
Knowledge of state and federal requirements related to grants management, Department of Administration Office of Grants Management policies, and relevant Commerce policies.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with federal, regional, state and local governmental officials.
Working knowledge of the nature and function of the planning process.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
