Our client, one of the east Twin Cities metros most well established AND GROWING medical device manufacturers has asked us to source THE RIGHT Customer Service Manager for this DIRECT HIRE opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years successful Customer Service Management experience leading by example and developing a team to provide stellar client experiences. Along with leading and developing your team, you will provide daily service to clients, and be the key support person for their Sales Operations Manager. Position Duties:
Provide professional support to clientele
Manage, lead and develop the Customer Service operation
Communicate with and develop/enhance relationships throughout all areas of the organization
Provide administrative support and complete requests as defined by the Sales Operations Manager and in support of the organization as needed
Required:
High School completion additional education preferred
Foreign language skills a definite PLUS
8 years business to business Customer Service Management (understanding of and experience with International Business a definite PLUS)
Leadership with responsibilities that include supervision experience (managing team and processes, giving personnel reviews, monitoring work, directing responsibilities) and experience training and developing employees
Work in cooperation with other departments of the organization
Advanced Microsoft Office and order entry skills; excellent phone skills on a multi-line system; ability to handle international calls; multitasking with focus and accuracy; knowledge and prior use of web based shipping documentation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
