Technical Support Engineer Job Details
We are looking for a Next Generation Firewall Technical Support Engineer to join the Technical Support Team. This team is a diverse mix of highly technically skilled and customer service orientated Technical Support Engineers. Every Engineer is vital to the success of this highly effective team and ensures that customers are provided with the effective and timely solutions they require to complete their tasks, resolve issues, and ensure their networks are protected against hackers, malware, and data breaches.
Technical Support Engineer Mandatory Skills
The ideal candidate for this position is ambitious with a networking background and a passion for network security
This position is not suitable for those with desktop, or endpoint support experience.
This is an entry level position intended for a recent college grad with B.S.in Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding of UNIX & Linux Operating Systems
Experience with networking - routers, switches and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP
Strong analytical and problem solving skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
