Job Description: This
position
provides departmental expertise and enterprise leadership, guidance, and coordination of continuous improvement, innovation and process redesign efforts. This position creates vision/strategy and champions, the development and deployment of statewide and department-level continuous improvement efforts, strategies, and business plans which analyze and streamline key business and internal support processes. Coordinate department-wide lean and continuous improvement effort and
events
that improve customer service quality & productivity, enhancing and enabling departmental decision-making regarding continuous improvement and strategic alignment with agency mission and goals.
Duties include:
- Provide departmental expertise and enterprise leadership, guidance, support, and coordination of continuous improvement (CI), innovation and process redesign efforts to help government deliver better, faster, and more cost efficient products and services.
- Direct the development and implementation of results-based population and performance target, measures, Return on Investment (ROI) and accountability systems that improve organizational performance, results, and customer service/value.
- Implement an enterprise approach for networking, communicating and implementing DEED continuous improvement tool box, strategies and plans.
- Coordinate continuous improvement positions across DEED through leadership mentoring, coaching and capacity-building.
Minimum
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree and three years advanced professional experience in the planning, implementation and administration in the area of organizational development, strategic planning, lean, and continuous improvement principles, practices, philosophies and theories.
- Strong communication, relationship building, interpersonal, negotiating, persuasive, and program coordination skills, including time and priority management, sufficient to coordinate multiple disciplines and divisions or agency-wide simultaneously.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and write complex technical documents including regulation, policy guidance, legislative reports, technical reports, planning documents, and operational policy and procedures.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and professionalism in the workplace
Preferred
Qualifications: - Master's Degree and three or more years of advanced professional experience in program management, continuous improvement and innovation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
