AIC is seeking a talented Product
manager
for one of our clients located in a Southern suburb of Minneapolis. This
position
will be responsible for providing input to strategic direction, managing new product launches, and iterating on existing consumer product lines. A successful Product Manager will be able to identify and write complete product requirements, communicate clearly with technology team, and manage the entire lifecycle of projects.
Responsibilities:
Determine opportunities utilizing market knowledge and the product strengths while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization
Deliver thorough and clearly articulated product requirements with prioritized features, justification, goals and objectives, use cases and wire- frames
Provide leadership across the entire product management lifecycle
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Create and deliver core positioning and messaging for the product, both externally and internally
Work iteratively with multiple teams to effectively execute on the requirements and deliver superior features and products to the market
Formulate, monitor, and respond to product analytics to ensure desired on-going product performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the creation of the product roadmap with a focus on delivering next generation product experiences using best in class content
Lead and refine design elements on projects
Adhere to Corporate Compliance Policy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
Proven ability to leverage skills across both desktop and mobile platforms
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines
Self-directed style and ability to research answers and draw conclusions
Discernment for design
Experience with Product Lifecycle processes
Familiarity with web technologies
Familiarity with mobile, affiliate marketing, and social media a plus
Education, Experience &
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Marketing,
computer
Science, or Business
3
years Product Management preferred
Experience with Online Product Management a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
