Serve as the first point of contact for new visitors and callers to the company.
Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
Direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Greet vendors, customers, applicants, etc.
and direct them to the appropriate company personnel.
Open and distribute company mail.
Process outgoing mail.
Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Director, Accounting Assistant and Marketing Manager.
All other duties as assigned.
Self-management Keep clean office space.
Keep computer and/or paper files neat and orderly.
Dress business casual.
Present a professional image.
Company Relations Comply with all company policies.
Work with, develop positive relationships with, communicate with, and coordinate activities with other employees in customer service, sales, production, shipping, accounting, design, and human resources.
Job Requirements Previous experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred.
PC literate.
(Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous telephone switchboard experience preferred.
Professional and punctual.
Must be able to multi-task.
