Sample Tasks Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current state and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections. Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data. Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports. Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition. Monitor the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime. Evaluate the success of the migration against the defined success criteria. Create a final project report summarizing the entire migration process. Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
