HR Interns with Northwestern Mutual - Twin Cities assist the recruiting team in recruiting students and building the NM brand on their own campus. They help to deepen relationships already established, create new centers of influence with professors, coaches, faculty and student leaders. The goal is to make Northwestern Mutual - Twin Cities' brand visible and recognizable on campus, and to create awareness of our company, our award-winning internship program, and career opportunities.Roles and Responsibilities Build Northwestern Mutual's brand on campus Attend career fairs and campus events with the recruiting team Produce and execute creative ideas to get involved on your campus based on your school's culture Meet with recruiting team on a weekly basis for personal development and goal setting Keep in contact with prospective candidates before and throughout the recruiting process Track weekly activity through a recruiting database Schedule and sit in on interviews Source potential candidates for available career opportunities. Qualifications - Preferred Sophomore or Junior level student at a four-year institution Highly connected on campus Entrepreneurial ambitions Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated/Self-efficient History of personal success High level of integrity Organization skills Recommended Skills Coordinating Databases Entrepreneurship Interpersonal Skills Self Motivation Apply to this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
