A highly reputable single-family builder is experiencing explosive growth and looking for a Superintendent to join their team!

The company has been in business for over 50 years, is family-owned/operated, and works on both production and fully custom builds. They host company golf outings, holiday parties, and charity events throughout year, which has helped establish a very close-knit culture.


Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in a field supervisory role for a residential builder, seeing projects through from inception to completion.

-Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent experience.

-Strong attention to detail, effective quality control, crew management.

Compensation:

-$75,000-$120,000 base salary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
