INCLUDE:
Leading the end-to-end strategic and execution of real estate expansion plans for ACST to meet the needs of the business.Developing and maintaining the tactical efforts within a Management Operating System in the coordination of cross-functional teams within Honeywell, both internal and external to ACST, to execute the real estate expansion plans.Collaborating with any landlords and sub-tenants to ACST to address issues and concerns.Leading efforts to develop and maintain a Sustainability Plan in alignment with broader Honeywell sustainability goals across all ACST sites through coordination with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ACST.Supporting the efforts to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans across all ACST sites through coordination with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ACST.Regular formal and informal interaction with Senior Leaders within ACST and Honeywell.US CITIZENSHIP
REQUIREMENTSMust be a US
Citizen due to contractual requirements. YOU MUST HAVE:

years experience in roles in facilities management, real estate management, or similar6
years experience in project management, management operating system development, or similarU.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearanceWE VALUE:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
