We perform water, fire, mold and storm restoration.
You will be responsible for clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Marketing, Mitigation and Finance team Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events for the Marketing team Back up receptionist Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in finance, office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
