Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and discounts - Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
