is seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist to complete general HR functions and manage the organization's marketing/employee recruitment strategy.
New Challenges, Inc.
provides services to adults with disabilities in residential settings in the south and east metro.
Services provided include corporate adult foster care and Home Care licensed facilities.
We are seeking a positive, outgoing, organized individual who is able to multi-task and adhere to privacy policies.
Duties for this position will include:
Marketing outreach for new employees Prepare, set up and attend employment fairs/community outreach Post and manage social media posts, follow content calendar Create/maintain marketing documents Organize/lead employee appreciate program Interview and hire employees Complete new hire paperwork Maintain employment records Manage employee relations regarding suggestions and complaints Complete employment investigations Employee orientation and other trainings as needed Payroll processing Participate in policy review and writing Misc.
HR and marketing related duties Applicants for this position must:
Have at least 1 year of professional Human Resources experience Be familiar with the Human Services field (245D) and services provided Be proficient in marketing and social media maintenance Be able to express self well in written and oral formats Have a degree in human resources, marketing, public relations or communications.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with a wide range of people Have a strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills Be able to manage timelines and adhere to deadlines Resumes can be submitted to the email address provided.
