Lean Process Engineer
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Lean Process Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Saint Paul, MN office.Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 10
years of hands-on experience in the following. Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing or service environment. Value Stream Mapping & Workflow Mapping Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt). Product management experience. This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
