We are looking for the best and brightest to help our fleet grow.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for screening, recruiting, telephone interviewing, qualifying and selecting Company Driver applicants for driver positions Review driver candidate applications for job fit and compliance and conduct telephone interviews to evaluate skills for potential placement Responsible for driver recruiting calls and inquiries Ensure recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication and respond effectively to candidate's needs Perform other related duties as assigned Competitive salary with no cap monthly bonuses
Qualifications:
High School Degree required One year of previous driver recruiting experience preferred A high degree of professionalism in all business interactions, both internally and externally Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping and follow-up skills General experience with Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task Salary:
From $55,000.

Bonus Schedule:
8 hour shift (8AM - 5PM) Monday to Friday _________________________________________________________ DATE:
__________________________________ While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in an office environment and may be required to walk, sit, stand, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
The employee is required to use dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The employee may be required to lift and transport items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
