They will work closely with the primary Registered Nurse to aid in the assistance of patients with activities of daily living, promote their well-being, and ensure a comfortable and safe living environment Their primary responsibilities include:
Manage patient intake schedule of the Registered Nurse Schedule new intakes Facilitate Personal Care Assistant training Create and update nurse visit reports Manage nursing documents Log discharges of patients Enter care plan data into computer software Track spend downs and collect invoice payments Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and social workers Their key qualifications should include:
Communication skills Empathy and compassion Attention to detail Basic knowledge of Excel and Word Job Type:
