Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelinesProvide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedureAddressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current CNA certification through MinnesotaAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formAbility to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophyAbility to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agentsWe are looking forward to hearing from you!We believe the work that we do is a privilege.
