Key Responsibilities Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
Explores continuous improvement opportunities and develops solutions that result in the organization's ability to do things better, faster, and more efficiently.
Analyzes website performance metrics with focus on identifying potential process issues.
Partners with local leaders to create solutions for Agents.
Develops procedures, workflows, and job aids to improve escalation and phone support processes.
Assists leaders in conducting new hire training for Agent onboarding.
Supports Agents with customer service.
Conducts opening duties and provides floor support in alongside leaders.
Assumes key holder responsibilities during peak times and as business needs arise.
Basic Qualifications 1 year of project management or leadership experience OR 1 year of military experience in logistics, operations, or related areas Must have access to high-speed internet Join our team!
