We have great full-time/40 hours per week opportunities in an active contact center with a consistent Monday-Friday 8am-4:
30pm schedule, with a convenient Mendota Heights location or a hybrid, primarily remote option for local metro candidates, a collaborative team environment, and more- in a relaxed yet professional setting! As the Credentialing Information Specialist (CIS) 1, in our Continuing Registration department, you'll be a first point of contact with ARRT registrants and others requesting information.
You'll have a deep understanding of the certification and registration requirements Registered Technologists face and use your strong current technology skills to quickly navigate multiple software systems.
You'll work to address registrants' needs by providing information, education, and key communications regarding:
General and renewal information, Verification of registration, Continuing education requirements and activities.
In this role, you'll also identify opportunities to improve communications and promote accuracy of information with a keen attention to detail.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Answer calls concerning Continuing Education (CE) requirements (high volume call center) Answer registration, Continuing Qualification Requirements (CQR), and miscellaneous questions Keep current on the continuing registration requirements Document call information Resolve customer complaints and problems by offering options and education Escalate issues as appropriate Participate in a rotation to cover the company operator Miscellaneous duties include Participation in ongoing learning activities to improve job performance Modeling of exemplary customer service Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Minimum qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus One year minimum of call center/customer service representative experience Strong computer technology skills- including Microsoft Teams and Outlook, multi-line phone systems, web-browser, database, and various software systems.

Position location options:
Onsite at our Mendota Heights office or Primarily remote- very occasional Mendota Heights office visit requirements (local Twin City metro area candidates only).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
