The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range$79,200.

Are you passionate about delivering practical solutions to workplace issues and collaborating with others in the support of common business goals? As an Employee Relations Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide direction, support and recommendations for the resolution of ER-related activities for an assigned client group.
What Will You Do? Your responsibilities may include all or the majority, but not limited to, these components:
Independently manages complex accommodation cases.
Coaches and mentors less experienced team members on accommodations processes.
Consults on employee relations issues for an assigned business/HR client group, independently managing cases of moderate complexity, ensuring consistency of best practices and identifying and articulating risk/reward strategies.
Provides support and direction to HR and business partners by providing guidance and recommendations related to disciplinary actions, performance, company policy, and other matters.
Proactively identifies and analyzes associated risks involved in specific employment situations and provides collaborative recommendations to HR and business partners.
Conducts investigations of simple to moderate complexity, documents findings and makes recommendations, as appropriate.
Tracks and interprets trends in employee relations activity for assigned client group; proactively identifies issues and recommends appropriate solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's Degree preferred 4 years HR/ER experience or equivalent in education and experience General P&C Insurance knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams General HR and Employment Law knowledge with a focus on ADA What is a Must Have? Minimum of 2 years HR/ER experience or equivalent in education and experience What Is in It for You? Health Insurance:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
