In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the duty drawback services for all branches within the C.
H.
Robinson network.
As a Customs Drawback Analyst you will analyze, review, prepare and complete drawback claims on behalf of clients as well as utilize analytics to determine acceptability requirements for U.
S.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
As a subject matter expert, you will establish standard operating procedures, conduct training, investigate, and support brokerage employees throughout the drawback process.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain multiple concurrent customer drawback programs Provide full support to client's drawback program by collecting, reviewing, and preparing applications and documents for duty drawback claims Onboard new drawback customers and help to identify drawback opportunities Submit applications for drawback bonds with sureties Analyze, review, prepare, and complete drawback claims to CBP on behalf of client Create, document, and maintain project related plans, process flows, and metrics Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience filing drawback under TFTEA requirements Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader Microsoft Office Suite of programs Knowledge of CBP drawback rules and regulations Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs Effective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediums High level of attention to detail and a positive, collaborative working style Ability to work and communicate across the network Certification related to drawback process, handling or filing Knowledge of U.
