As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis, problem solving, executing processes, and utilizing business systems as well as technology to support the business team outcomes.
The Analyst directly collaborates with cross-functional teams and/or external service providers to successfully deliver results.
They provide input into related business analysis and decision-making processes to help drive the overall growth of the business.
This role reports directly into the Senior Manager.
Our team is focused on the customer order fulfillment experience.
We are accountable for ensuring customers are provided with the best shipping offers possible while balancing cost and ensuring delivery experience meets expectations.
The team is also responsible for bringing forward new fulfillment strategies, as well as bringing those strategies to life, with a focus on technology system capabilities and configurations.
This role is remote, although you are welcome to join us on the corporate campus.
What you'll do Research financial variances, trends, and financial and operational drivers to prepare advanced presentations and reports that articulate clear recommendations to leaders.
Reconcile issues with partners by identifying root causes and providing creative solutions while proactively pinpointing issues with data integrity.
Independently prepare financial presentations and reports (ad hoc and routine) that break down problems into critical components to drive actionable decisions.
Proactively identify issues for escalation and make recommendations for resolution.
Participating in change management activities while being flexible when priorities evolve, shift or when dealing with ambiguous situations.
Ability to build cross functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influence peers and partners within their own department or functions and provide feedback for improvement.
Prioritize incoming requests, effectively escalate issues, and contribute to resolution.
