Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information - Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Note:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
