As the Executive Assistant to Krista Wolter & Krista Wolter Real Estate Group (KWREG), you will be the cornerstone of the business.
Your focus will be to manage each real estate listing or transaction through closing and beyond.
You will be responsible for managing all timeframes and deadlines, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, drafting agreements, and managing administrative functions for the KWREG team.

Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Client Experience Provide 5-star customer service to all our clients.
Above all, our clients and their experience come first.
Be the main point of contact for our clients during the purchase or sale of their home.
Deliver clear, consistent, reliable communication.
Own the transaction experience.
Know when to escalate questions or concerns to the real estate agent.
Transaction Management Manage all timeframes and deadlines associated with the listing & closing process.
Maintain and monitor calendars for each real estate transaction or listing.
Share the calendars and timelines with the real estate agent.
Monitor and assess the progress of each transaction so that deadlines are met.
Communicate regularly with the various parties of the transactions.
Address questions as they arise and provide status updates.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Process all paperwork and contracts for agents on the team in a timely manner Organize and maintain client files.
Ensure accuracy of all paperwork by verifying data, signatures, and dates.
Administrative / Operational Keep real estate agents focused on lead generation, building relationships, showing homes, and negotiations.
Communicate with other parties, vendors, and clients over the phone and via email.
Update and maintain the contact database in Outlook.
Manage emails for Krista Wolter and handle transaction-related emails, including replying to, unsubscribing from, and filing emails.
Monitor and address voicemails.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain procedure manual, including creating new/updated work instructions, and process documentation.
Organize office, scan documents, and order supplies.
Post recent sales on the company's social media.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualities &
Qualifications:

years of title, mortgage, or real estate experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
Fast-paced while checking all the boxes (and maybe double-checking them).
Proactive problem solver.
Reliably manage multiple projects.
Capability to work with different personality types.
Impressive technology skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and overall computer savviness.
Quickly learn new systems.
Unrivaled customer service skills.
Schedule:
Work from our office, with hybrid flexibility potentially being offered after 90 days of employment.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Occasional evening and weekend support - less than 4 hours per week.
Pay &
Benefits:
Salary range of $60,000 - DOE.
Bonuses paid to qualifying employees including profit share, volume, or transactional.
21 Days of PTO.
Employer to cover all expenses in obtaining and maintaining real estate license.
