Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Contracts Analyst to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Arden Hills, MN! Duration:
6-month assignment Hybrid - 2 days in Arden Hills, MN 55112 3 days remote Pay:

Job Purposes This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within Commercial Enablement.
The analyst will work directly with Sr.
Rebate Analysts to ensure accurate and timely payment of rebates.
Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving rebate issues by partnering with internal teams.
Responsibilities Include:
Working in a team environment, assist rebate analysts with the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of rebates within BSCs Revenue Management systems.
Use Excel to analyze sales data and calculate rebate payments.
Review customer contracts to identify rebate payment requirements.
Gather customer market share communications needed for rebate settlement.
Monitor and address internal email boxes and either resolve issue or route to appropriate team member.
Support the transition of rebate settlement to a new rebate management system by assisting with document management, creating new internal rebate processes, and maintain excel files to track rebate settlement progress.
Close out rebate data in previously used rebate settlement programs.
Settle some rebates as no payment due to customer.
Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.
What we're looking for in you:
Bachelors degree with two years of work experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another analytical field.
Proficiency with MS Office programs with advanced Excel skills Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate cross functionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Recommended Skills Accounting Adaptability Analytical Attention To Detail Calculations Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
