Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Digital Operations Specialist to join our Cardiology Digital Experience team.
This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple digital projects not limited to webpage updates/creation emails, paid search, programmatic banners, social media listening and scheduling.
This person must be methodical and great at managing time.
Effective collaboration is a necessity for the success of the role.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end project management.
Communicate regular progress updates and escalate if deadlines are at risk.
Be the main contact for ongoing media vendor relationships.
QA all project deliverables Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Digital Marketing Managers, Social Strategists, Analytics, Customer Experience teams, UX/Design, Marketing Automation, and others as needed to ensure an endless end-to-end customer experience.
Responsible for creating campaign tracking codes (UTMs) for all in market assets.
Partner with analytics resources and the sales operations team the to show value of campaigns and provide a regular cadence of performance reports.
Actively monitor campaigns and make optimization recommendations within respective platforms (Google Campaign Manager 360 and Google Ads).
Coordinate and schedule content to applicable social channel (i.
e.
, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram) Monitor Cardiology business specific social community conversations and manage inappropriate or off-label references and route complaints and requests through proper pathways (if applicable) Ensure that all spend has the appropriate POs, vendors invoice timely and within the correct budgeting parameters.
Over time, develop a strong understanding of our customers attitudes and behaviors across platforms, channels, and activities, to provide input into future campaigns and personalization.
Influence various functions and levels within the organization with strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills.
Identify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of analytics, SEO, lead generation, 3rd party research, competitive analysis, digital trends, and past campaign data.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Minimum
Qualifications:
At least 3
years of overall marketing, communications, and or digital experience with solid understanding of the digital landscape, channels, and terminology Excellent communication time management team management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
