The Marketing Specialist, a vital team member on the Marketing Team, is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns focused on branding, product awareness and member retention through a variety of different mediums such as email, social media, direct mail and digital.
Ultimately, the Marketing Specialist will bring energy, passion and desire for creating engaging content focused on the credit union difference and City & County Credit Union's competitive advantages.
Responsibilities Assist in all steps in the marketing campaign process - write, edit, distribute, etc.
- for internal and external audiences.
Implement marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including email, social media, print, digital and branch footprint.
Collaborate with branch managers & teams to ensure branch marketing needs are met including consistent messaging & supply needs.
Create compelling content - with SEO optimization practices - that effectively communicates City & County Credit Union's mission and the products we offer.
Adhere to high ethical standards by following Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures as they relate to this position Other responsibilities as assigned Skills Bachelor's or Associates degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, preferred 2
years professional experience in a marketing, communications or related field.
Experience in using graphic design software such as Photo Shop and Illustrator and working knowledge of social media management platforms and email marketing software (such as Mailchimp) is beneficial.
Experience in basic or moderate levels of HTML and knowledge of SEO/SEM Have a valid driver's license and access to transportation.
