Job Description:
The Operations Clerk is responsible covering phones, inter-acting with phlebotomists in the field; and entering data.
Candidate must be :
customer friendly; reliable; detail oriented; comfortable using a computer, email and texting; and have flexible hours/days that you can work.
Ideal for student with night classes or a retired or semi-retired individual.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience; Previous office experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize work Ability to work independently or as a team member as appropriate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail Must have strong verbal communication skills as this position requires direct communication with clinics/providers, patients, patient's family, vendors, and other employees as well as reading documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures manuals Job Type:
