History or experience in maintenance and/or related fields Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment Strong work ethic, can meet deadlines and is detail-oriented Role and
Responsibilities:
Completion of daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to perform basic building, basic electrical, painting and basic plumbing repairs.
Maintains accurate inventory levels for existing inventory and equipment.
Demonstrates ability to work independently, produce quality work and follow technical procedures while ensuring completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
Ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff, residents, service workers, and others.
Additionally:
It is necessary that the candidate has exceptional customer service, is highly motivated, has organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
