Hours needed approx.
20 hrs a week.
Someone who is energetic and dedicated to be a member of our team and who will take pride in their work and our property.
This position needs someone who has knowledge of janitorial experience, be responsible for the upkeep of property common interiors, clubhouse, offices, landscape and exterior image.
Someone who also has experience in preventative maintenance (light maintenance work, plumbing, etc).
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, have an understanding of great customer service, reliable transportation, work as part of a team and perform independently.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
- Cleaning of all common building areas, Clubhouse and Office - Help in maintaining grounds, keep them trash free (buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking) Pool area free of trash and debris - Assist in seasonal snow removal, when needed - Knowledge of general maintenance - Works as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently - Assist if needed in any maintenance service requests - Must have own transportation - Support other maintenance staff as needed OFFER EXCELLENT HOURLY WAGE!
