Position
Summary:
Ultralox Interlocking Technology is seeking a motivated and visionary Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day efforts of various areas of online marketing communications (web/digital/social/mobile).
Oversee the planning and execution of online strategies, digital advertising campaigns, and platforms, including social media, email, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, websites/landing pages, CRM/automation, creative, video, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define scope and recommended approaches for digital projects and launches.
Leverage research tools and data to form strategic approaches that are driven by actionable insights.
Manage and assist in reporting, evaluation, and insights derived from digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize various analytics platforms and reporting services to track metrics and refine strategies.
Collaborate with department leaders on go-to-market strategies and online ad buys, providing guidance on paid social advertising strategy, search engine marketing, and other digital platforms.
Support the marketing team in providing digital marketing support, coaching, professional development, and training to other Ultralox associates.
Requirements:
BA in marketing, communication, or a related field.
2-5 years of prior digital marketing experience.
Highly organized and proactive mindset.
Proven strategic experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience initiating and driving go-to-market strategies, such as programmatic marketing efforts and content marketing.
Experience in building strategy for and managing website CMS systems.
Familiarity with SEO, Local SEO, and reporting tools, including Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, etc.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Effective time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines.
Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
Strong interest in technology and digital marketing.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams.
Ability to monitor and adhere to budgets and schedules.
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and In-Design, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, operations, sales, and marketing.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
The annual salary for this role is $76,000 to $84,000.
In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
