Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Product Manager at Affinity Plus will be responsible for designing and refining the end-to-end member onboarding journey, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experience.
They will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision for the onboarding process, utilizing data-drive insights and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
They will leverage their expertise in digital product management to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, developers, data analysts and marketing specialists, to develop innovative solutions that enhance member acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision:
In partnership with the Director of Digital Services and in alignment with Affinity Plus's overall digital strategy, develop a comprehensive and bold product vision, strategy, roadmap and set key performance indicators (KPI's) for your digital product Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for digital member onboarding Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objective Product Development and Management:
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch enhancements Develop and actively maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the user needs and themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for members and our organizational goals Define product requirements, create user stories, and work closely with design and developer teams to ensure successful product delivery Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize digital banking and mobile banking products Regularly analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven product decisions Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams composed of internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful collaboration and delivery of joint initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing, operations, and customer support teams, to gather input and align on product priorities and roadmap Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features and enhancements Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into actionable development tasks Conduct regular meetings and status updates with external vendors and consulting teams to track progress, address challenges and ensure alignment with product goals Product Launch and Adoption:
Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and communication plans, to drive successful product launches and maximize user adoption Monitor product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and retention Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product marketing collateral and support promotional activities Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills:

years' experience in digital product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry In-depth understanding of digital banking and mobile banking platforms, technologies, and industry best practices preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions Advanced Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and influence teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies Advanced expertise in both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform the digital customer journey and experience Intermediate experience using multi-dimensional user data to develop hypotheses, run ideation and conceptualization experiments and drive product decisions Advanced experience defining, reporting and executing against business KPIs Balance of Creative Product flair and IT - supported by innovation skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and make data - driven decisions Advanced ability to alternate seamlessly between dealing with highly technical teams and non-technical business teams, working closely with product managers, information/solution architects, UI/UX customer experience designers, strategists, operations, project managers, Compliance, IT, Information Security and third-party vendors Additional intermediate experience in one or more of the following areas:
User Experience, Technology Strategy, Solution/Information Architecture highly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent preferred Workplace Environment:
Sitting 85-90% and Standing 10-15% Working at a computer 90% of the day Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping or crouching when appropriate, on occasion Repetitive movements, including but not limited to typing, mousing, phones, etc.
Lift, carry, push or pull up to approx.

) Potential overnight travel to third party vendors, training, conferences, etc Requires onsite presence based on coordination of work with other employees and/or departments.
May require travel to attend on-site meetings/events for collaboration, connection, project work, All-Employee Day, etc Required Work Schedule:
Standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional need for evenings/weekends based on business need.
