Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for part and tool prep:
deburring, vibing, stripping, rack stripping, racking, and organization of tooling and other functions as requested.
Tend to strip tanks periodically, ensuring rework is done in a timely manner Maintain tooling availability by collecting, stripping, and putting away racks.
Load, operate, and unload vibe machines per work instructions.
Completes all required paperwork for each job and logs them into the tracking system Assists Line Operators with general maintenance of the production line area daily Helps relieve PCAs on plating lines for scheduled breaks and as necessary throughout the shift Communicate stripping progression to operators & leads to ensure efficient workflow.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Skills:
Good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions Basic math and geometry Ability to coordinate more than one job at a time Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record Fluency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the English language Good hand/eye coordination Ability to lift and move 1-50 lbs.
Ability to interact with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative manner Constant standing on hard surfaces for 10
