Summary:
The HRIS & Payroll Manager will oversee our payroll, compensation and HR technology.
This position will ensure payroll compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, lead the continued implementation of our HRIS system Workday and administer compensation programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in HRIS management and strong experience with multi-state payroll.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
The following is a list of essential duties & key responsibilities assigned to the role.

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with our overall HR strategy.
Manage the day-to-day payroll operations and serve as a technical expert for Payroll issues.
Oversee the administration of non-qualified benefit plans and 401K retirement plan.
Lead the annual incentive & bonus compensation program.
Ensure internal Payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current; develop and implement processes reflecting best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage the implementation of Workday HRIS modules and upgrades, including the design and testing of new functionality and system integrations.
Oversee the reconciliation and auditing of payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including HRIS and payroll service providers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting and IT, to ensure proper reporting.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, business administration, or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in HRIS & payroll Proficiency in payroll software and systems, Workday experience preferred.
Union payroll experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including implementation, customization, and integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
