Essential Functions:
Consistent work attendance which may include overtime and on-call responsibilities.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance.
Ensures grounds are free of trash and debris.
Maintains records of maintenance procedures.
Responsible for various projects performing general maintenance, interior/exterior painting, plumbing, roofing, tiling, heating/cooling, and lawn care.
Maintains a safe and clean work site.
Education &
Qualifications:
High School diploma preferred.
Maintenance related certifications, desired but not required.
Minimum of 2 years' facilities maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of plumbing, heating / cooling, water and building construction.
Approved by federal, state and local governmental entities to work with BSLS.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
