Job Summary Announcement is to fill two vacancies within the office.
These positions are located at Central Office in St.
Paul.
The positions will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office.
The incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement.
The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
The position ensures that the agency applies all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies to its federal, state, and pass-through grants management processes.
The position will have primary responsibility for leading the development of agency-wide grants management procedures, tools, and training curriculum, as well as monitoring and consulting to ensure that assigned offices, programs, and districts have adequate tools, training, and resources to be successful and compliant in grants management.
This position may need to perform activities in the grant management cycle for small offices and new programs.
This includes supporting activities such as applying for, receiving, utilizing, awarding, administering, monitoring, and closing out grants.
This position may coordinate the development of grant management technology for the agency, including electronic workflow management, eDOCs, contract management system, and all other systems applicable to supporting grants management within the agency.

Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Two years of advanced professional grant management experience that demonstrates:
Experience monitoring and coordinating grant activities from pre-award to closeout to ensure compliance with grant policies and procedures.
Experience interpreting and consulting on state and federal grant related laws, rules, and regulations.
Experience administering grant projects/programs including reviewing, approving, and managing grant budgets.
Experience writing technical documents such as policies, procedures, processes, or training materials.
A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance may substitute for six months of advanced professional grant management experience.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 2:
Grants and Agreements Part 200 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements (2 CFR 200) and the Department of Administration, Office of Grants Management policies.
Experience developing grant management trainings, tools, procedures, or delivering trainings.
