Works with the Maintenance Supervisor and other Maintenance Technicians to prioritize and complete tasks on an everyday basis.
Performs preventative maintenance, simple repairs, and general upkeep of RCC properties.
Assists with technological needs for all RCC properties.
Key
Responsibilities:
Snow plowing and/or shoveling Interior/exterior painting and maintenance Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, etc.
) Installing fixtures and general house maintenance Demolition and clean up General labor as required by maintenance department Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required:
Mechanically inclined Basic math skills Working knowledge of hand tools 1
year of experience working in labor positions or 6
months experience in maintenance position Problem solving skills Able to work with limited supervision Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a Driving Record check and MN Department of Human Services background check Ability to write narratives in grammatically correct sentences in English Communication skills adequate to relay information in English Maintains vehicle insurance 18
