Schedule M-F between core business hours, hours can fluctuate between 6-8 on daily basis depending on the workload.
Schedule:
We are flexible - It can 9am-1pm (4-hour shift daily) or 8am - 2pm (6-hour shift daily).
We are open to discussion.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Data entry / Data collection Digital filing Scanning Professional communication Various other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in English Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products Reliable and punctual Extreme attention to detail Courteous, respectful, composed professionalism Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Ability to multi-task Effective communication skills, both oral and written Prioritize time efficiently, consistently meet or exceed deadlines Job Type:
