Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager - Bio

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, leads a diverse team of engineers responsible for supporting new product development, new equipment development, and production operations.
The role acts as an influential manager to guide and mentor talent, improve critical processes, and improve productivity for the production needs of CPC.
This role interacts closely with other departments including QA, Testing, New Product Development, and Supply Chain to deliver value to our customers.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Provides technical leadership and management to the Manufacturing Engineering team.
Sets clear objectives, evaluates progress against objectives, and instills performance-oriented culture with a focus on accountability.
Partners with new product development team to support the manufacturing of next generation products.
Partners with the Manufacturing leadership team and engages in day-to-day operations related to manufacturing performance.
Adheres to all safety regulations.
Demonstrates support of CPC core values.
Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Job
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering discipline.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Good general knowledge of business.
