your primary focus will be engraving mementos for loved ones whose family members are no longer with them.
Responsibilities:
A willingness to learn different software and operate machines.
Must be able to work in a team setting and multitask.
Processes documentation necessary to ship customer orders, packing lists, parcel manifests and other necessary documents.
Selects products from inventory to fill customer orders.
Quickly and accurately receives, processes, and finalizes outgoing orders for shipment.
Ensures outgoing shipments are inspected and labels are correct Checks incoming delivery contents against packing list to verify accurate and complete delivery.
May assist with customer service and sales, including answering phones, and greeting customers.
May assist in monthly physical count of full warehouse inventory.
May assist with special duties and assignments as needed to support the efficient functioning of the warehouse.
Maintains professional communications when interacting with customers and coworkers.
Requirements:
Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to fifty-five pounds.
Basic math skills sufficient to complete inventory, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for website and order processing.
Excellent personal skills:
ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, and customers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
