ResponsibilitiesManage the university's collection of marketing technologies including the web content management system, forms application, email marketing system, and web analytics tools.
Provide training and support to both marketing colleagues and university partners in the use, best practice, and continual improvement of our collection of marketing technologies.
Serve as project manager for projects related to marketing technologies, ensuring that projects meet defined goals and within available timeframes and serving as a connection between Marketing and Information Technology Services.
Manage the queue of incoming web and technology requests, resolving or assigning to the appropriate colleague(s).
Manage a team of student workers.
Other duties as assigned.
Required SkillsExperience with marketing technologies, including web analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.
), marketing automation, media (Doubleclick, Google Adwords, etc.
), CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Cascade), data dashboards (Domo), email marketing (Marketing Cloud), project management tools (Jira).
Experience with implementing workflows and publishing processes for content on the web.
Ability to manage projects.
Ability to develop and administer training programs.
Ability to collaborate well across functions and divisions.
Experience delivering support to people through email or over the phone.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Required Experience3
years of experience working with marketing technologies, teaching/training, and support.
Required EducationBachelor's degree required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
