Sr Logistics Analyst
Join Ecolab's Corporate Logistics team as our Sr.
Logistics Analyst, supporting the Outbound Control Tower.
In this role you will help drive the competitive advantage our business units require.
You will gain analytical proficiencies as you design and execute field facing reporting, operational tools, and analytics.
What You Will Do:
Work cross functionally closely with the multiple Transportation teams, Sales, and EC3 teams.
Responsible for publishing performance metrics to Senior Leaders Pull data and build presentations to enable the team to drive improvements through statistical data via excel or PowerBI Manage the Control Tower's project hopper and track financial savings Manage relationships with Carriers, EC3's, and internal resources to automate and design reporting Lead calls with external parties to drive ownership and root cause analyses Use TMS Logistics software to analyze and design solutions that will enhance and improve current network operations.
Manage urgent ad hoc and routine analytical requests to meet the needs of Logistics Management.
Identify Systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
Continuous Improvement/Analysis:
Partner with the broader Transportation group to improve the overall logistics process focusing on service and efficiency improvement as well as low cost savings.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 5
years of previous supply chain, manufacturing or related experience Willingness to travel (up to 15%) No immigration sponsorship available Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Ability to work independently and interact within a team atmosphere Previous knowledge of TMS routing software Strong proficiency Excel and/ or building Power BI's Experience and proficiency with SAP and TMS systems Previous effective written and verbal communication with Senior Leadership Strong analytical problem solving Knack for curiosity and challenging the status quo Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
