7K a year Taking significant direction from the Head of Computing Solutions, Lenovo Product Specialist is responsible for driving Lenovo solutions in collaboration with Bluum's Sales, Marketing and Lenovo cross-functional and end-user sales teams.
This would include identifying customer needs from RPI/RFP requirements or discovery calls, recommending complete solutions and suggesting product SKUs, and communicating to Account Executives to ensure positive customer experiences with partner products and services.
Key responsibilities Continuously acquire and maintain knowledge Lenovo products including computing, print, and unified communications; obtain additional expertise and accreditations by attending product training, select educational workshops, vendor partner summits and webinars, reviewing industry publications and other information-sharing events conducted by vendor and distribution.
Partner with Account Executives as a subject matter expert and solution architect with a deep understanding of Lenovo product positioning against the competition, underlying technologies, and specifications, and apply that knowledge in assessing customer requirements and recommending solutions.
Communicate new product launches and discontinuations to Account Executives and customers; partner incentive programs and recommend alternatives when the desired products are unavailable.
Act as the voice of the assigned partner within Bluum by evangelizing Lenovo products and brand within various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Services, and Operations.
Oversee, report, and forecast business performance through pipeline monitoring utilizing CRM and other tools, and provide periodic reporting to Lenovo and internal cross-functional teams.
Manage partner portal programs that include sales incentives, marketing materials and deal registrations.
Manage internal processes to ensure partner incentive and deal reg requirements are met in accordance with partner processes and procedures.
Implement initiatives and activities that the vendor has requested; contribute to developing and executing cross-functional campaigns and programs that drive Lenovo business within Bluum.
Conduct regular training for Sales teams and run regular education sessions to improve Account Executives' product knowledge to improve opportunity closure rates.
Educate internal teams on how to find appropriate products in the system and quote the solution.
Proactively create, facilitate and nurture local and regional field connections between Lenovo end-user and Bluum sales teams.
Continuously drive and measure Sales engagement during the execution of programs initiated by partners or by the category leadership.
Key qualifications Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, specifically, proven ability to author content, deliver presentations to a large audience, and experience in public speaking.
Ability to analyze information and derive actionable insights.
Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to work with a great degree of ambiguity; self-started and able to generate actions and weekly plans from long-term objectives without specific guidance from the manager.

Education & Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of technology sales and marketing experience OR 6 years of work experience in sales or marketing of technology solutions 2 years of experience of working with a vendor partner within a reseller or distributor work environments.

You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
You reassure customers when delivering product diagnoses and potential solutions.
It will be necessary to participate in upgrading courses from time to time to keep abreast of changing policy, technology, and growth.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
