The Pharmacist is responsible for filling medication orders, monitoring patient medication therapies, counseling patients, documentation of inventory, providing drug information, and supervising and directing support personnel.
Communicate effectively to provide patient care and education, and promote pharmacy initiatives.
Complies with all requirements related to risk management, safety, security, and infection control.
Complies with all applicable state, local and federal regulations.
